How wonderful life is...

Hello friends,
Just posting a note to celebrate life. A new joy has come to me and my family. Through meditation, declaration and intent, my husband is now building custom built Peterbilt Pick up Trucks. This has been a "back of the mind" dream of his for more than 20 years. He is a retired trucker and loves those big rigs. He has been working for someone else rebuilding wrecked and salvaged vehicles but has always preferred working for himself. I like him being home and not on the road and it occured to him that now is the time to build his Peterbilt Pick up Trucks. My husband found his Purpose !

Hello friends,
My husband has known (in his mind and heart) what his life purpose is. His only problem was being ready to accept it. His purpose is to build Peterbilt Pick Up Trucks. Now some of you may think that thats a pretty crazy life purpose but let me explain a little more.

He is not just building pick up trucks made from older semi trucks. These are one of a kind, build to order for each individual customer. This is his passion, to do something that can not only make him and our family a good living, but its unique, and the income will allow us to better serve our community. Plus he is doing his part for the environment by recycleing these used semi trucks. There will be fewer in the junk yards and they are absolutly beautiful to watch driving down the road. The ride is like sitting in a Cadillac.

I just wanted to share this with all of my friends and visitors so that you can see there are a multitude of posibillities when it comes to finding your life purpose.

Wonderful Holidays!!

Dear fellow bloggers,
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!! My last post was in October and since then Ive been going like a house afire LOL. Trying to get the book cover done has really been a challenge, then you add Thanksgiving and Christmas into the mix and sometimes life really seems crazy.
I realized that I hadn't posted to this blog in quite a while so I figured some of my readers may be wondering what had happened to me.
I and my family are quite well but as I said we have been quite busy.
I read a new book recently by Dr. Joe Vitale and Dr. Hew Len entitled Zero Limits. This is an amazing book.
If any of you have seen the the movie the Secret, you must read this book. I give it a 2 thumbs up!! Vitale and Hew Len introduce us to the practice of H'o oponopono. (Ho-o-po-no-po-no) is how it is pronounced. Now we are able to understand why the things we have done or that have happened in our lives have happened but moreso....how to fix it by getting back to Zero!
This book is a must read and is available at amazon.com.

I am sincerely hoping that my book You're 50, Not Finished!! will also be available on amazon shortly after the new year.

What's Your Purpose?

Alot of people don't have any idea what their purpose in life is. They wander through life without any direction and seemingly oblivious to how much more meaningful their lives would be if they had a purpose.

Sometimes it takes a near death experience to realize what your purpose is.

Will that be you? Will it take getting cancer, a bad auto accident, or the death of a loved one to find your purpose?

My book You're 50, Not Finished! Is almost ready. We are putting the final touches on the cover and it should be ready for sale by the end of October. Our goal was September, but sometimes getting something just right, takes a little longer.
I will let you know as soon as its available for sale.

Finding Your Life Purpose

This blog is to share ideas and opinions on how to discover your life purpose and to hear from those who have found their life purpose and hearing how they are using it to help others as well as themselves.
A lot of times, when we begin staring that dreaded age of 50 in the gloomy face, we find ourselves sitting and pondering over what have we done with our lives. How have we affected the lives of others. Have I made a difference in the world? Is this all there is to life? What happened to the dreams I had when I was younger?
My advice to you today, is to go to a quiet place, close your eyes, concentrate on your breathing; this will help to block out other thoughts that swarm around inside your mind. Then, begin to think of the things in your life that truely make you happy. This could be your children, grandchildren, gardening, volunteering, anything that makes you happy. Now you are in the right frame of mind! Now the thoughts and inspired ideas will come to you. Ask yourself this... if I could do any type of work in the world and do it without compensation of a paycheck, just merely because I enjoy doing it, what would that be?
You have begun the journey to finding your life purpose...
